Gala Bingo Launches New Promotion

29th January, 2008

Gala Bingo is launching a new opportunity for its users to get hold of the share of £150k prize money. This means that every 5 seconds the new winner will be announced with 10,000 new winners a day.

The promotion started yesterday and must end February 3. It will make 130,000 users win a week, 10,000 a day, due to the £150k in prizes on offer.

Gala Bingo decided to do the promotion to celebrate the launch of their new bingo games, 1 To Go, Link and High Five.

These new bingo games will be available until February 3 in every 90 ball bingo rooms starting at 10 am and finishing at midnight. Therefore there will be 40 1 To Go games more in every room daily, meaning 500 more in total.

Gala Bingo will be giving out 1tg prizes, which means that after the full house has been completed by a player, everyone who had 1 number to go will automatically get £1. Still, you can’t get more than one of those 1tgs in 24 hour period. Another limitation is that you will not get a 1tg if prior to that you have already won something else, like 1 line, 2 line or the full house in that game.

The High Five games will be played every day too at 1pm, 7pm and 9pm. There is a progressive jackpot involved which is expected to grow dramatically, as the game will be played in all 90 ball bingo rooms at the same time. It will be played for 1, 2 lines or the full house. Tickets are only 30p per every single one of the games.

The unique thing about this progressive jackpot, is that the gambler can win half of it, when getting a full house on 5 or any other number that multiplies by 5. The second half of that jackpot in this case will be split between every player in the same room as the winner, who was playing High 5. There could be more than one winner, in which case the Jackpot will be split between them, and the cash credited straight into their Gala Bingo accounts. Aside from the jackpot, players will still be winning usual 1 line, 2 line and full house prizes.
