Gala Bingo Closures

Gala Bingo have closed another one of their bingo halls, this time in Nuneaton. The hall, which annually hosts a wide range of events, is being sold at an asking price of £1.5million.
Gala Bingo have said the reason for the closure is that they are going to be concentrating on their other two venues in Coventry. This will benefit bingo players in the other two halls but players who used the local hall in Nuneaton will now have to travel to Coventry to play their bingo, significantly increasing their costs.
The saving grace for Gala Bingo and for players in Nuneaton is the increase and enhancements of their online bingo halls. Gala have described their online bingo as a “knight in shining armour for bingo enthusiasts in this dark period”. Players have no need to travel to halls, in Coventry or anywhere else, as they can play the game from the comfort of their own home.
