First Electronic Bingo Club Opens

Riva Gaming Group, one of the UK’s leading bingo club operators has recently opened England;s first fully electronic bingo club in Sutton, South West London. The Riva club uses over 600 handheld terminals instead of the traditional bingo ticket.
These include 20 terminals specifically for smokers as they are placed outside in designated areas. This means that customers are now offered greater choice in terms of what they choose to spend of the bingo game, and ultimately it can support a wider range of games.
As the future of bingo clubs looks increasingly dire, Riva Gaming is doing as much as it can to evolve the image of the traditional bingo club. The Riva Club is currently the only one of its kind, offering this ‘electronic bingo’. Riva have said that they hope the new system will help to modernize the old-fashioned game and attract a new audience.
