Change In Venue Yields A Serious Payout

Most serious bingo players stick to their traditions. They go to the same bingo hall every day, sit in the same seat every time, clutching the same good luck charm hoping to strike big. But sometimes, change can be good. A 33-year old mother of three from Yelverton learned this the easy way. Easy money that is-£80,000 worth.
The winner explained that she and her husband went to Mecca Bingo club in Devonport, a bingo hall she hadn’t attended for six years. Apparently they were late for the start of the bingo night at their usual venue, so they decided to go back to Mecca Bingo for the night.
“We’re still getting over the shock, so we haven’t exactly decided what we’re going to do with the money,” the winner said.
Although they are still deciding, she hinted that a trip to Euro Disney is certainly a possibility, and that their Christmas this year will certainly be one worth remembering. Turns out a change in tradition might just be luckier than you’d expect.
