Bingo used for motivation

After successfully beating the opposition the girls race back home to be rewarded with a sticker to cover one of the 24 spots on their cards. They get a sticker once they reach team or individual goals.
The team members love the scheme, and it makes them competitive against each other and against their opponants. "They really do motivate you. Going into a game, if I had to get five aces to get a sticker for my card and I’ve got four, that makes me want to get another one that much more."
