Bingo Film To Be Aired On Channel 4

Have you heard of the brand new film, Bingo Confidential? Well if not you will soon if the producers have their way! According to an article on Bingo Hideout by Deena Chance; the exciting ‘fly on the wall’ comedy drama has won two awards over in the US at the Long Island Film Festival: Best First Feature Film 2009 and Best Comedy Feature Film 2009. Now the Director and Producer is trying to put pressure on Channel 4 to screen the movie for the first time in the UK.
We think that anything that promotes bingo and entertains our fans is a good thing and the independent film deserves mass exposure. Don’t just take our word for it, join the Facebook group of the same name to see what all of the fuss is about.
So far channel 4 hasn’t agreed to show the film yet, however we’re hoping the powers of bingo fans persuasion could do the trick! Channel 4 is famous for backing British independent films born from the artistic struggles of those that are passionate about their work and this film has the same passion inside.
The director is asking bingo fans to get in touch with channel 4 about airing Bingo Confidential failing that join the facebook group for more details. If bingo fans do their bit, hopefully they can see the film in its entirety instead of viewing teaser snippets on facebook!
