BIG BOX BINGO Launches today

Netplay TV has today, Tuesday 3 July launched the very first interactive bingo on TV.

The show, Big Box Bingo will be broadcast every Tuesday night on Sky channel 157.

The show is set to be a success as the game of bingo is very popular in the UK. There are over 700 bingo halls with over three million members. Of these 3 million members, 70% smoke and will be affected by the smoking ban that came into force on 1 July.

Bingo Halls are set to be hit badly by the ban, where as other forms of playing bingo such as bingo online and now bingo on TV are taking off and revenues are reportedly on the increase from bingo played through new channels such as internet and TV.
